First of all, happy Birthday bro, hope its a good one. its 5.50am with you so if Danny's up early you might be reading this soon enough. I've got the loan of a laptop so I'm doing as much as I can on the blog. Hope the lads and Val are keeping well. Also a belated Happy Birthday to Damian G , I've missed it by a couple of weeks but Happy Birthday all the same.
Congrats to Ronan Clancy who got married recently, and also to James Moore of Lots who got married at the weekend, I think. Anybody from Lots reading this post a comment below and let us know how that session went.

- This blog gives a diary account of a coast-to-coast trip by bike across the U.S. from Boston to San Francisco in the summer of 2008. Since then I got back on my bike to follow the 'De Cuellar trail' in Sept-Dec 09. This journey took me from the coast of north west Ireland to the town of Cuellar in Castile, spain. I retraced the journey in search of a ship-wrecked soldier of the Spanish Armada of 1588 from where he came ashore in Ireland back to his hometown in Castile. Along the way I discovered more about his life and the world in which he lived. Now That the adventure has been completed I'm planning the next trek. Life's too short!!!

Cheers Fran, Really motoring now. Good to see the pics and video. But next time a dog chases you, turn on the video, I'd really love to see John Wayne doing a triple pike! Dannys been asking for you, he must be anxious - I was getting ready for work the other day and he said "Daddy you not go to merica." So were all missing you here but love getting the updates on the blog. G'luck.

I am just reading your blog tonight wow what a trip I can imaging the highs & lows, Mike G said he was chatting to ya recently.I will look in regularly now i have got the link and the hang of leavin a message. Recent events are of course the wedding James & Sarah which went very well by all accounts. I went to afters with some of the crew and all enjoyed it. They are heading off in the morning to Canada hope all goes well. Weather here is cat at the min summer over already ha. Your pictures show alot of sun. Will keep you posted drop us a line if you get a chance to the lotsworldwide address I know your chance for internet is few and far between.

done quite a bit of cycling in the states but all i ever saw was the security car in front or the back wheel and arse of the guy in front
would like to do the trip as a leisure cycle some day but i will have to buy a stronger heavier bike keep up the good work Thomas Clancy
