(Guys, thanks a lot for the comments, its great to get them, at least it means somebody is reading this. Keep them coming I look forward to seeing them)
Two Days off at the Golden Inn on the Ohio side of the State Line at Richmond. The owners were Jeff & Leanne Golden, a lovely couple who were very good to me. My laundry was done, I was given a laptop to do up the bog. I was made to feel very welcome. I didn't do much for the two days. I found a pasta buffet, all you can eat for $6. I literally rolled out of there twice. I had a quick look in Richmond on Tuesday but there wasn't much to see. (A lot of towns I've seen have the commercial area on the road into town & the town centre is merely an administrative centre.) Apart from that I rested a lot.

I'm glad you found some hospitable people in our area. Next time we'll make sure you know the interesting spots to hit in advance.
For instance, our historical museum has a replica bike shop in the basement from when bikes were manufactured here about 100 years ago. Then bike three down to Ghyslain for for the most incredible $4.75 dessert you've had:

Although we don't have bike lanes marked yet, Richmond did just get bike maps.
